The following questions are the ones we receive the most from our customers. We have provided the answers for your convenience.

Yes, the color will match as long as the vehicle is not in poor condition. We have the top-of-the-line painting product in the industry with sickens paint. This paint offers a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

We also have a color match camera to help us match the paint 99.9% of the time. We use the factory code on the vehicle and put it into a computer system for optimum matching. Our colors will differ from panels with plastic next to a metal panel. That is due to the paint absorbing the material more in the plastic. It is a common thing in this industry and more people don't realize their bumpers never matched off the lot when they bought it brand new.

We are a family owned business. We care a great deal about the customer and their service experience. We know quality work is expected. We also believe in setting reasonable expectations of what to expect before and during the repair process.
If it is their fault for the accident they are responsible for paying the deductible portion of the bill to the shop when they pick up their vehicle. There are times where insurance will waive them halfway through repairs, but this is only if they are using someone else’s insurance and the other party is deemed at fault.
We have a service to automatically update our customers via text or email to notify them of what part of the repair process we are in at the moment.
We will accommodate the customer as much as possible and can set up an appointment to meet on a Saturday for picking up or dropping off a vehicle and also receiving an estimate.
